Free time is spent in the quaint fishing village Blakeney, with its narrow streets and pebble-fronted properties.
Then we head onto Wells where there is a charm that appeals to every generation. Narrow streets winding down to the quayside... the channel and marshes with superb views out towards the sea.. the friendly beach with its unique sheltered spots. If you want to explore the narrow streets you will find many little shops with unusual gifts and crafts or you can always relax on the wide spacious beach.

In the afternoon you can relax on a 45 minute cruise along the river Avon. You will pass many places of interest which include the mewly develpoed Royal Shakespeare Theatre, Holy Trinity Church and the 15th Century Clapton Bridge. The cruise will continue upstream into the pretty Stratford countryside.

Sutton Hoo is a hauntingly beautiful 255 acre estate, with far-reaching views over the river Deben. It is home to one of the greatest archaeological discoveries of all time. You can walk around the ancient burial mounds and discover the incredible story of the ship burial of an Anglo-Saxon king and his treasured possessions. Come face to face with your ancestors and explore the award-winning exhibition, the full-size reconstruction of the burial chamber, stunning replica treasures and original finds from one of the mounds, including a prince's sword. Look inside the Edwardian house or enjoy the beautiful seasonal colours on the estate walks.
